Ryan Grazi has concentrated his practice in the area of Real Estate law, both transactionally and litigation. Representing developers, contractors, and subcontrators in their general business practices such as acquiring development financing, closings and through their litigation of disputes. Mr. Grazi also represents both private lenders and individuals in the area of mortgage foreclosures, both in prosecuting mortgage foreclosures and mortgage foreclosure defense. This practice also includes representing individuals throughout the difficult short sale process.
After graduating Nova Southeastern University School of Law with honors in 2002, Mr. Grazi began working for one of the largest title insurance underwriters in the State of Florida, American Pioneer Title Insurance Company. Serving as a member of the legal department both handling complex legal title insurance claims and providing general underwriting counsel created a concentrated level of training in the title insurance field. This experience also provided experience in the general real estate litigation that was incorporated in the various title insurance claims. Mr. Grazi routinely supervised outside counsel in these lititgation matters.
In late 2003 Mr. Grazi began his practice here at Grazi & Gianino and immediately began the firm's title insurance department which performs real estate closings for the client's of Grazi & Gianino. Since beginning this department, the firm has closed over $100 million dollars worth of real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida, these transactions include both residential and commercial closings. Currently, Mr. Grazi is representing a number of both companies and individuals with their mortgage foreclosure needs. Mr Grazi is also representing several real estate companies and assisting with their real estate acquisitions in this volatile and highly profitable market.
Throughout the years Mr. Grazi has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, while concentrating his practice in the area of real estate litigation. These litigation matters include Mortgage Foreclosures for both private individuals and private lending companies. Mr. Grazi has also litigated matters in the construction field and in the community association field. The Construction field includes litigating mechanics lien cases for both contractors and developers and homeowners. The Community Association field includes litigation both on behalf of Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations as well as representing individuals in these matters.
Mr. Grazi is responsible for several of these community associations in Martin County, Saint Lucie County, and Okeechobee County.
Currently, Mr. Grazi is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in Federal Court, both the Southern District Court of Florida and the Middle District Court of Florida.
He is a Member of the Martin County Bar Association; and a member of the Martin County Trial Lawyers Committee
He is also Member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Associations
In addition, Mr. Grazi is a member of the Martin County Foreclosure Committee and the 19th Circuit Judicial Bench/Bar Foreclosure Comittee, which is specifically designed to allow the members of the committee to interact directly with the judges of the 19th Circuit.
